Pentaduo — Terms of Use

Last updated June 28, 2026

By downloading or using Pentaduo ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to the Apple Media Services / App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source except as permitted by law; don't harass other players in multiplayer; and don't manipulate or cheat Game Center leaderboards.

Intellectual property

The app — its name, artwork, and code — belongs to the developer. Pentaduo is an original game inspired by classic card-and-board "make a line" games; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other game or its publisher.

Multiplayer & Game Center

Online and Nearby multiplayer and the leaderboards rely on Apple's Game Center and your network connection, and may be unavailable at times. Other players will see your Game Center nickname or chosen display name during a match. If you win the Daily Challenge while signed into Game Center, your finished board and Game Center name may be shown publicly to other players on the Daily Leaderboard (see the Privacy Policy).

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
